The seminar was attended by G.Zh. Suleymenova, head of the VET department of the Department of Education of Almaty, Dilmagambetova Gulziya Abdrakhmanovna, Methodists of the VET organization, teachers of special subjects participated.
The seminar began with a foreword by G. Zh. Suleymenova, Head of the Department of Vocational Education and Training of the Department of Education of Almaty City.. In her introductory speech, A. B. Alimzhanova, the deputy director for educational work, stated that the goal of the international internship in the directions "Pedagogy and methodology of primary education" and "Preschool education and training", presented his duties.
At the seminar, teachers of the theoretical part of the program of special subjects A.K. Bekuzakova "Sweden, Model of the Finnish education system" on the topic, Z.N. Nurdavletova "Using the ECERS scale in assessing the quality of the educational environment in preschool organizations", M.A. Sultanova "Functional literacy – presented on the topics of the basis of quality education. Research and practical exercises for the development of functional literacy were organized with the participation of teachers of the city TVET. Practical work 5 was carried out according to the direction. 1 direction, topic: "Development of creativity of preschool children in teaching activities" Speaker: G.A. Turganova. 2 direction, According to the updated program: "Introduction of research works based on global competence" Speaker: A.K.Zhampeisova . 3 direction, topic: "Mathematical Literacy. Exchange rate" Speaker: Zh.T.Tashkeeva, 4 direction, topic: "Development of reading literacy using visual knowledge" Speakers: I.T.Akhmetova, H.B. Kusmanov. 5 direction, topic: "Formation of natural functional literacy by using natural resources in preschool organizations" Speaker: K. U. Kerimbekova. Finally, a SWOT analysis of the increase in the quality and attractiveness of education in the VET system is made, reflection was carried out.

Purpose of the seminar: introduction of practical skills and knowledge of teachers, formed on the basis of international internship, in the educational process.
Task:
– establishing connections in the college education system through libraries, museums and educational orientation;
– introducing students to creativity through the education of freedom, confidence;
– development of reading literacy using visual knowledge;
– orientation of students to create a project, based on systematic research in academic disciplines
Suleimenova G.Zh. took part in the seminar., Head of the TVE department of the State Scientific and Technical Sciences and Technology Department of the Education Department of the city of Almaty, methodologists of the TVE organization, teachers of special subjects.
In the opening speech, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Alimzhanova A.B.. introduced the goals and objectives of the international internship in the areas of “Pedagogy and methodology of primary education” and “Preschool education and training”.
