Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 6 April 2020 Year No. 130. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan 6 April 2020 Year No. 20317.
In accordance with subparagraph 23-4) articles 5 Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27 July 2007 of the year “About education” I ORDER:
- Approve the attached:

- Department of Technical and Vocational Education, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order, submission to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of measures, provided for in subparagraphs 1) within ten working days after the state registration of this order to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2) of this paragraph.
- To impose control over the execution of this order on the supervising Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- This Order shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication..

There are separate pages for each letter of the alphabet., and each letter is sequentially numbered. The serial number of the student's entry in the book is the number of his personal file.
On a personal file, this number is affixed as a fraction. for example, № B / 15 – means, that the student is written in the alphabet book with the letter “B” under no. 15.
If a student who has previously dropped out of school, the disposal of which is issued by order, returned to her, then the data about him is recorded as for the newly arrived.

- The journal is a document of strict accountability for taking into account theoretical training and summing up the results of educational work.
- The journal is maintained for one study group by teachers and is designed for one academic year.
- Information about the students of the group (form no 5.2.) filled in with the educational part in accordance with the name book, book of orders and personal file of the student. In the graph “Home address” the address is indicated, where the student's parents or persons replacing them live.
- Form No. 5.3. attendance and current progress of students are taken into account, the content of the classes and homework is recorded, number of hours spent.
For each academic discipline and (There are no watermarks or extraneous inscriptions on the images) the module is allocated the required number of pages depending on the number of training hours and consultations allocated to it. Advice counts on last pages, assigned to this discipline and (There are no watermarks or extraneous inscriptions on the images) module.
Grades for control, laboratory and other types of work are exhibited in the column of the day they are carried out.
The absence of a teacher in a lesson or consultation is marked with the letter “n”.
- Information about the results of the medical examination of the trainee is recorded by the medical worker in the form No. 5.4.
- Semiannual grades (semester) and academic year, as well as information about the implementation of curricula, teachers enter on the pages “Results of educational work” (form no 5.5). Grades for industrial training are set on these pages by the master of the group or the teacher. The amount of hours, missed by each student in theoretical training, are affixed by the head (master) groups.
- All journal entries are kept clearly, neat ballpoint pen with blue ink. Corrections not allowed.
- Control over the maintenance of the journal is carried out by the deputies of the head of the educational and (There are no watermarks or extraneous inscriptions on the images) educational work; monitoring of the educational process – department heads. Comments and suggestions are written by them on the appropriate page at the end of the journal..

Rules for keeping a log of individual lessons
- The journal is a strict reporting document for accounting and summing up the results of individual training.
- The journal is maintained by a teacher according to the teaching load and is designed for one academic year.
- Form No. 5.1.1. attendance and current progress of students are taken into account, the number of hours spent and the date of the lesson are recorded. The absence of a student in class is marked with the letter “n”.
- Inclusion of the names of students in the lists of the journal, as well as the exclusion of surnames from the lists of the journal is carried out by the educational unit only after the corresponding order of the director, indicating the number and date of the order against the name of the student.

Upon receipt of a diploma, a progress book is handed over to an educational institution.
Note:
- Progress book of the student of the organization of technical and professional, post-secondary education is issued to newly admitted students during the first semester of study, but not later than one month before the start of the winter examination session.
- Gradebooks filled out by hand. Cleanings, blots and unspecified corrections in the progress book are not allowed.

Note:
- The name book of students is a document of strict accountability for accounting for the personnel of students. The name book of students serves as the basis for compiling statistical and financial reports on the contingent of students.
- The name book of students is maintained by the deputy head for educational and production work under the supervision of the head of the educational organization.
- Name book of students must be laced, numbered, sealed and signed by the head of the educational organization.
- The name book of students is stored permanently in the educational organization.
- The name book of students is filled out strictly in accordance with the orders.
- For contingents of full-time students, correspondence and evening departments, separate name books of students are maintained.
- At the end of the admission of students, a line is drawn and a record is made:
