  1. Department of Technical and Vocational Education, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:

2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order, submission to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of measures, provided for in subparagraphs 1) within ten working days after the state registration of this order to the Legal Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2) of this paragraph.

  2. The journal is maintained for one study group by teachers and is designed for one academic year.

  4. Form No. 5.3. attendance and current progress of students are taken into account, the content of the classes and homework is recorded, number of hours spent.

For each academic discipline and (There are no watermarks or extraneous inscriptions on the images) the module is allocated the required number of pages depending on the number of training hours and consultations allocated to it.   1. Information about the results of the medical examination of the trainee is recorded by the medical worker in the form No. 5.4.
  2. Semiannual grades (semester) and academic year, as well as information about the implementation of curricula, teachers enter on the pages “Results of educational work” (form no 5.5). Grades for industrial training are set on these pages by the master of the group or the teacher. The amount of hours, missed by each student in theoretical training, are affixed by the head (master) groups.

  2. The journal is maintained by a teacher according to the teaching load and is designed for one academic year.

  4. Upon receipt of a diploma, a progress book is handed over to an educational institution.

Note:

  1. Progress book of the student of the organization of technical and professional, post-secondary education is issued to newly admitted students during the first semester of study, but not later than one month before the start of the winter examination session.
  2. Gradebooks filled out by hand. Cleanings, blots and unspecified corrections in the progress book are not allowed.
  3. The grade book contains grades for all disciplines and (There are no watermarks or extraneous inscriptions on the images) modules. by discipline and (There are no watermarks or extraneous inscriptions on the images) modules, submitted to the examination session, grades are given, obtained by students in exams.
  4. On the title page of the duplicate grade book, an inscription is made “duplicate”.

All data on the progress of the student for the entire period of study until the issuance of a duplicate is entered into the duplicate book on the basis of the original examination and semester records for all previous semesters, stored in the educational part.

  1. Note:

  1. The name book of students is a document of strict accountability for accounting for the personnel of students. The name book of students serves as the basis for compiling statistical and financial reports on the contingent of students.
  2. The name book of students is maintained by the deputy head for educational and production work under the supervision of the head of the educational organization.
  3. Name book of students must be laced, numbered, sealed and signed by the head of the educational organization.
  4. The name book of students is stored permanently in the educational organization.
  5. The name book of students is filled out strictly in accordance with the orders.
  6. For contingents of full-time students, correspondence and evening departments, separate name books of students are maintained.
  7. At the end of the admission of students, a line is drawn and a record is made:

“Enrolled ___________ 20__. ___________ (in words) person studying”, which is signed by the head, deputy head for educational and production work and accountant of the organization of education and seal.

  1. Name books of students must be filled out clearly, carefully, without cleaning and washing; the mistakes made must be corrected by crossing out the erroneous entry and inscription of the correction with an explanation signed by the manager and accountant.
  2. Separation of name books into students into parts, page and line skips, including. and between the last name of the enrolled and the final line is prohibited. Two lines are allocated for each student in the books..
  3. All students are included in the name book, regardless of, when they entered the educational institution – at the beginning or middle of the school year.
