Scientific and Educational Foundation named after. Academician Shakhmardan Yessenov announces a competition for the provision 10 grants for applicants from low-income families, who have not received a state or any other grant to pay for higher (bachelor's degree) education.

Program participants can become a graduate of a school/orphanage/youth home/college, planning to study at a Kazakh university to obtain specialties in natural sciences, technical sciences and pedagogical areas (only in natural sciences). Application must be accompanied by:

Required documents for a parent or legal guardian:

1. scanned copy of ID;
2. certificate of pension: according to the age, disability (in the presence of);
3. help certificate: on the loss of a breadwinner, unemployment, TSA and other grounds, according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the presence of);
4. certificate of the presence or absence of a business object;
5. statement of pension contributions as of the date of application from the legal representative and (There are no watermarks or extraneous inscriptions on the images) grant applicant's parents;
6. information about the presence / absence of housing, car, subsidiary farm, Ph.D.

   3. about your achievements;
   4. information about the reasons for the need for financial assistance to pay for tuition;
   5. Why did you choose this specialty for your education?;
   6. about plans for the next 10 years.
3. High School Diploma/College Diploma (applicants' applications, those with ratings below "good and excellent" are not considered), certificate of passing the UNT (for admission to universities), transcript for university students;
4. Disability Help (in the presence of);
5. Certificate of a pupil of an orphanage or youth home.
