1.1. KMKM “No. 1 Almaty Kazakh state humanitarian and pedagogical college” (hereinafter – College) The Pedagogical Council, as the main collegial body of the College, determines the order of the organization of the educational process during the quarantine period and the work of teaching staff and auxiliary staff..
1.2. The Pedagogical Council in its activity of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, current legislation during the quarantine period, Departmental acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of Education of the city of Almaty, Internal acts of the college, is also governed by this Rule.
1.3. 1.4.Decisions of the Pedagogical Council are binding for all employees of the College.
1.5. Since the quarantine period is not clearly defined, the Rules are an open document and appropriate changes are made.
1.6. Changes in the working order and time of teaching staff and auxiliary staff will be announced in advance at Council meetings organized by video communication on the WhatsApp messenger or Zoom platform..

- 1. The Council determines the order of organizing the educational process and the work of teaching staff and auxiliary staff during the quarantine period:
1.1.Creation of an urgent working group of college administrative members, Management of distance learning activities on PCC, control and order the organization of works according to the plan:

Begazova MP. – “Foreign languages and teaching methods” teachers; Ongarova B.K.. – “Pedagogy and Psychology” PCC teachers; Baytekeva A.A. – “Kazakh language and literature and teaching methods”, teachers;
Asubayeva G.S.. – “Methodologies of individual subjects” – PCC teachers.
1.2. Monitoring the progress of remote teaching of teachers in PCC assigned daily to members of the administration according to the lesson schedule, giving appropriate warnings and instructions, they should solve the identified problems in a timely manner and report on a weekly basis.

3.1. All theoretical classes in all specialties are held remotely. Virtual laboratories that allow students to master professional competencies, simulators, it is allowed to use simulators. In this case, industrial training, professional practice, laboratory works and practical classes are held remotely.
3.2. The learning process using KBT to the established learning load, to work study plans, to training programs, organized according to the study schedule and lesson schedule. If necessary, to the schedule of the learning process, amendments will be made to the content of educational programs due to the need to create a flexible organizational form of education.
3.3. To organize the training process using KBT at ACMGPK No. 1:
1) The main Internet platform of education with pages containing educational-methodical and organizational-administrative information for students is the information system “Education Paragraph” and information resources are the college website and Instagram page.;

3) digital educational resources;

3.4. Using KBT, The college is independent in the implementation of educational programs:
1) creates conditions for the functioning of the information and educational environment;
2) study-methodology for students, among them, determines the procedure for providing assistance in the form of personal consultations provided at a distance using information and telecommunication technologies;
3) determines the ratio of the volume of lessons conducted through the direct interaction of the teacher with the student and the volume of lessons conducted using CBT;
4) all learning of all participants of the educational process, reference and methodological materials, to an information system with a testing system, provides access to various electronic resources and sources;
5) makes management decisions when situations arise that are not related to the actions of the participants in the educational process.
3.5. In order to organize suitable distance learning, the VET organization independently selects the most convenient Internet platform in terms of the functionality and content of the educational programs implemented by the educational institution..
3.6. 1 students admitted to the course complying with the sanitary-epidemiological requirements according to the approved schedule, with learning technologies and systems, tasks and procedures and requirements for working with the Internet platform information system “Education Section” and information resources links to the college website and Instagram page are introduced, Personal passwords are provided.
3.7. Consultations are carried out in the form of individual and group lessons. The interaction between the teacher and the student is carried out using different types of communication.
3.8. Theoretical lessons with the help of different types of communication, including remotely using video streams.
3.9.When teaching people with special educational needs, distance education technologies provide the ability to receive and transmit information.
3.10. The size of the lesson schedule, to be in accordance with the curriculum in terms of content, should ensure that students are uniformly loaded with all types of training classes during the training period (until the end of the study period, all training sessions must be held on the relevant subject/module and taking into account the requirements for the volume of the weekly training load).
3.11.To go to teaching positions for teachers, extracurricular activities and parent meetings are prohibited. All events, emergency consultations are held remotely.
3.12.All types of events with large crowds during the period of restrictions due to the spread of the coronavirus infection, including cultural, educational, mass sports events are prohibited.
3.13.Using distance education technologies, educational and methodological support of the educational process 1-in the appendix it is carried out in accordance with the procedure for the formation of teaching-methodological complexes.
3.14.Organization of classes using distance education technologies 2-in the appendix carried out in accordance with the given procedure.
3.15. Current monitoring of students’ progress, conducting intermediate and final attestation 3-in the appendix carried out in accordance with the given procedure.
3.16. Study process during the period of restrictions due to the spread of the coronavirus infection 4-in the appendix will be organized according to the stated requirements.
3.17. The educational process of the college 5-in the appendix according to the given functions.
3.18. Students living in remote areas and distance learning are not available, provided that the documents authorizing the accommodation of students in the college dormitory are ready. (weak internet, lack of a personal computer and others) conditions are created for students.
3.19.Accommodation of students in the dormitory is subject to sanitary-epidemiological requirements, 6-in the appendix carried out in accordance with the given procedure.

4.10.During the period of restrictive measures related to the spread of the coronavirus infection, the educational process is organized according to the requirements listed in Appendix 4.

4.15.If the sanitary-epidemiological situation continues to improve, students of the first and intermediate courses, observing strict sanitary safety measures, switches to normal mode.
College work is being gradually restored.
Belonged to the risk group during the organization of regular education, the following evidence:
1) 65 older than age;

3) concomitant chronic diseases of the upper respiratory system (COPD, BA, fibrotic changes in the lungs);
4) endocrinopathies (diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity and others);
5) immunodeficiency conditions (oncological, hematological, patients on immunosuppressive therapy, etc. b.);
6) pregnant women;
7) The work of teachers with other serious chronic diseases is limited.
It is recommended to transfer teachers with these certificates to remote work.
4.16. In the case of a favorable sanitary and epidemiological situation, the VET organization will start working in full-time mode.
4.17. Lesson schedule, shift order, the changes are restored. Work of student dormitories will be revived.
4.18. Meals are organized in the dining room according to the established order.
